Packages & Pricing

Evins Mill offers guests a choice of two kinds of packages. Our regular Travel Packages are available on non-holiday weekends and weekdays and feature lodging and great meals but no “whistles & bells.” With a few exceptions, our Theme Packages are available any day of the week and feature pampered, recreational and/or educational touches. Our Holiday Packages feature themes tailored to the spirit of the holiday. See below for package details and pricing.

Travel Packages

Evins Mill offers two travel packages based on the meals included. While all packages are based on one night's stay and double occupancy, pricing for multiple night stays and triple occupancy are available on request.

The American Plan is our flagship package and includes…

• one night’s accommodation
• hearty breakfast buffet with an omelet station
• four-course gourmet dinner (non-alcoholic beverages included)
• social hour preceding dinner featuring delicious hors d’oeuvres
• unlimited access to bottled water, soft-drinks, tea, coffee, lemonade and light snacks
• Evins Mill coffee mug
• exclusive access to our entire forty-acre property, including Carmac Falls, miles of hiking trails, streams and fishing ponds (your own private state park!)
• exclusive access to our Main Lodge and its extensive library of videos, board games, CDs, books as well as to our Game Hall and its billiards, ping pong and dart boards
• an exhibition of our historic gristmill (Sundays & some Saturdays)

The Expanded American Plan includes all elements of the American Plan as well as a picnic box lunch.

For $10 more per couple, the Complete American Plan features a seated three-course lunch rather than a box lunch

A few notes on the above accommodations and package prices…

• The dinner-only plan aside, prices are based on double occupancy and on one night's accommodation. Guests are invited to stay longer, mixing and matching single night packages.
• Rates for triple occupancy and for children are available upon request. Single occupancy rates are available only on select weekends.
• Prices include specified lodging and meals but do not include tax or alcohol.
• Gratuity is welcome but optional.

Holiday Packages

Evins Mill provides an ideal location for couples, friends or families to celebrate special holiday occasions. We have designed a number of packages to reflect the spirit of the holiday, ranging from a romantic Valentine's to a festive New Year's Eve.

Valentine's Weekends
Every weekend in February is Valentines at Evins Mill. Select the weekend of your choice and we'll put Cupid to work. You and your Valentine will enjoy a gourmet dinner by candlelight and fireside, special turn-down service, a long stem rose in vase wrapped in ribbon and a personalized Valentine’s Day card and the option of breakfast in bed.

Memorial Day & Labor Day
Come to Evins Mill for a patriotic Memorial Day or relaxing Labor Day weekend. Enjoy festive cedar porch cookouts, hikes to Carmac Falls, demonstrations of our gristmill, and excursions on Center Hill Lake and the Caney Fork River.

Fourth of July and the Fiddlers' Jamboree
Get ready for a fiddlin' good time. Every Fourth of July, Smithville hosts the Fiddlers' Jamboree, the country’s premier bluegrass festival. Located just minutes away from the town square where all the fiddlin' and cloggin’ contests are held, Evins Mill is the perfect springboard for a weekend of bluegrass. It's also the ideal place to celebrate our Independence Day, with cookouts and patriotic favors for all.

Halloween Pumpkin Carving
Every Halloween, Evins Mill hosts its ever popular pumpkin carving contest.  Following lunch on Saturday, guests are given a plum pumpkin and tools to carve.  That evening, pumpkins are placed on display in the Main Lodge.  With the lights dim, the panoply of pumpkins provide a magical setting for dinner.  After the evening meal, guests vote on the best pumpkin.  The winner receives a complimentary Bed & Breakfast package at Evins Mill.

Thanksgiving
Celebrate your Thanksgiving at Evins Mill and allow our chefs to do the cooking this holiday. In addition to the fall colors and decorations, we'll treat you to a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings, as well as scenic hikes to Carmac Falls and tours of our historic gristmill. Or you may just want to park yourself in front of our large screen television and watch some college bowl games.

New Year's Eve
Tired of the same old New Year's parties in town? Then come to Evins Mill and usher in the New Year in an intimate but celebratory setting. Hearty hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course dinner by candlelight and special turn-down service is just the way to ring in the new year. The next morning, enjoy a country gourmet feast, a guided tour and demonstration of our grist mill, a New Year's lunch, and football games galore.

Depending on the holiday, rates may be $20 to $40 more than the regular travel package rates outlined above.
