Though Evins Mill is not a content provider for personal growth workshops, it does offer a well-suited platform for self-empowerment programs and has hosted hundreds of life-changing retreats over the years, partnering with practitioners in a variety of specialties, including yoga, wellness, professional development, meditation, recovery and spiritual growth.
Its natural and insular environment – characterized by sight and sound of flowing water and thickly forested, towering bluffs – serves to reinforce instructors' efforts to enrich the physical, mental, spiritual and professional well-being of their clients.
Evins Mill offers three dedicated gathering spaces for workshop leaders to share their expertise in a private and distraction-free environment, while its twenty overnight rooms can accommodate as many as 48 attendees in separate bedding. Eighteen rooms feature private bathrooms and decks.
Its team of chefs prepare a fine dining experience and are dedicated to accommodating the special dietary needs and enlightened dietary requests of all attendees, from vegetarian to vegan to gluten-free, and everything in between.
When not in session or at the dinner table, Evins Mill offers instructors and their attendees a variety of on-site activities, including memorable hikes to 90ft Carmac Falls, a brisk swim at its base, and a variety of games - from billiards and table tennis to lawn games such as ring toss, corn hole and horseshoes.
