While Evins Mill hosts day-only meetings from time to time, the majority of its corporate clientele utilizes the property for one or multiple nights/days. With overnight accommodations, the fee for private conference room rental ranges from $300 to $600 per 24-hour period, while the same rental without overnight lodging ranges from $600 to $1,200. The 24-hour period may begin at any time. Pricing for additional days or half-days is available at reduced rates. AV equipment is available but not included in the conference room rental fee and ranges from $25 to $250 depending on the type of equipment.

Overnight Accommodations

Pricing for overnight accommodations varies from weekday to weekend, but rates for weekday occupancy range from $200 to $280 per room, while weekend occupancy ranges from $200 to $430, depending on double/single occupancy as well as how many rooms and what types of rooms are secured. If a client requests double occupancy and requires separate bedding, the fee to convert a king bed to two twin beds is $50. In applicable rooms, the fee for loft occupancy is $20 to $30 depending on double, triple or quadruple occupancy.

Food & Beverage

Pricing for food & beverage varies depending on the entrees selected. Lunch ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per guest, while dinner ranges from $40.00 to $72.00 per guest. Pricing for full breakfast buffet is $22.00 per attendee, while break service ranges from $7.00 to $12.00 per conferee. A variety of hors d'oeuvres are available at $7.00 to $15.00. With the exception of alcohol, meal prices are all-inclusive, featuring where applicable soup, salad, entre, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages.
